YOUR WARRANTY

The warranty period is two (2) year from the documented date of purchase.

The warranty you have on your Ørgreen frames doesn’t cover any problem caused by (1) commercial use, (2) normal wear and tear, or (3) misuse, accident (including but not limited to collision, fire, and spilled food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, or improper storage. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations. ØGREEN DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST ANY SCRATCHED, FRACTURED, OR SHATTERED LENSES. Also, consequential, indirect, and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

PRODUCT CARE

We advise you to store your Ørgreen frames in the case it comes with, whenever you are not using the product. We also advise you to use the Ørgreen cleaning cloth for cleaning your frames. Alternatively you can use a clean dry tea towel.

REPAIRS?

Ørgreen will provide warranty coverage if your warranty claim complies with all terms of this limited warranty and you follow the return procedure below. If you don’t follow the return procedure, you can’t obtain warranty coverage.

To obtain warranty service for DITA eyewear product purchased on DITA.com, please email shop@orgreenoptics.com.

If your claim is covered by this limited warranty, Ørgeen will pay the cost of shipping the product back to you after the warranty service is completed.

Any product returned to Ørgreen without a valid warranty claim, or without proof of purchase may be rejected, returned to you at your cost or kept for a period of 30 days. If after 30 days you have not paid for the cost of return shipping, Ørgreen may dispose of your product in its sole discretion after notifying you by phone or email that it intends to do so and giving you a final opportunity to make arrangements for return shipping. By sending a product for warranty service or replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to Ørgreen at the time at which it arrives at our warehouse if Ørgreen determines that replacement is appropriate.

What Will Ørgreen Do?

If Ørgreen authorizes you to return your product to Ørgreen and your claim is covered by this limited warranty, Ørgreen will decide whether to repair or replace the defective product. If your product will be replaced, Ørgreen will decide whether to replace it with a new or remanufactured product. If Ørgreen, in its sole discretion, determines it’s not reasonable to replace the defective product, Ørgreen may refund you the purchase price you paid for the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.
